Bewarr Snatcher Online - Extremely poor service

I did previously rate 5 stars but ever since the problem on order 110069..my confidence and trust un Snatcher has diminished. Order was returned due to seals on box opened. I had to call them twice regarding my issues.The agent assured me that he will inspect the package and test the items.I received an email from them stating that all is in order and the parcel has been despatched.Still nothing.On online tracking system is shows as order fulfilled meaning that Snatcher has ****** my money and NOT sent me any goods.I want a full and immediate refund.Today
