Beware of Snatcher - Totally *********

Having purchased an item at Snatcher, it did not meet the promises made and I wanted to return it. I was advised I had to pay for a courier door-to-door which would have cost 4x the amount I paid for the item. Then, if they approved the return, they would only pay back 75% back on my purchase. Given the availability of customer-focused vendors online, I feel Snatcher is totally *********
