Beware of Snatcher Online

Placed Xmas order on 24/11 - several items out of stock (4 out of 19) - did not show this when order was placed - supposed to deliver order within 10 working days - e-mails from Snatcher sent days apart to inform of out of stock items - delaying delivery - contacted Thumelo - indicated that he confirmed with Dispatch and that all other items were in stock and that order would be delivered 9/12 - order was only delivered to my folks on 12/12 when I was away on holiday - opened package yesterday - another two items missing - no e-mail received to indicate out of stock and asking whether I wish to be refunded or receive credit - Snatcher disconnecting all calls today - these were people's Xmas presents - very embarrassing - this is deception and theft.
