Better than average experience

I purchased Powerbanks from snatcher and was a bit disappointed purely comparing snatcher to other online markets (Takealot, Duck Apparel, onedayonly, etc.) - The product itself has to be recharged daily as when charging my phone it gets my phone to 30% - According to the website I haven't placed any orders ever - When trying to track the order, it appears as though there's no order until a day later. - When emailing support to "Where is my order" you get a generic "Please be advised that your order is being processed." - Received my order 6 days after placing when I was told 2-4 working days. Over all the experience wasn't bad but just don't compare it
