Best customer service I’ve received!

My sisters birthday was on a Saturday, I had orderd her birthday gifts on a Monday, I contacted snatcher and asked them to please send my order before or on friday. They said there was one product that my order was waiting for. I asked for a refund but she said that she would send the other items and refund me for the one item that my order was waiting for. Anyways my package comes on Friday and all the items I ordered were there. I was so happy and so was my sister. The first business I can say has a great customer service. Thank you snatcher .
