Being ignored after refund request
I placed an order 06 August 2023 for a birthday present. When it still hadn’t arrived by 21 August 2023 I requested a refund which they told me would take 7 days. I have now sent a number of emails enquiring when my refund would be processed and I am being totally ignored. This is by far the WORST online shopping experience I have encountered! Do yourself a favour and do NOT buy anything from this disreputable store! Your items will never arrive and you will have to fight to get your money back!
