Be warned when buying from Snatcher

Whatever you do be warned that Snatcher don't accommodate returns at all. I have been trying to return an item that cannot be used for the purpose it was bought. This was noticed the instant that the item was delivered & a request was made for a return. That request went unanswered so further requests were made and the "Snatcher Online" emailed requesting photos of the item which were sent to them but that went unanswered as well. Now I need to lay a complaint with National Consumer Council to force them to comply with the National Consumer Act.
