Amazing customer service from Snatcher. My compliments goes out to Phila Masokameng who turned a sour experience into an over the moon one. I ordered some torches for load shedding but when they arrived the other item I ordered was better for load shedding. Long story short, items swapped and I have the one more appropriate for my needs.
