Bad Snatcher service

I ordered something from Snatcher and it arrived to me damaged. I called them and said that they will pick it up to have it checked. A week later I still haven't heard from them and they haven't picked the unit up. I then called them back and requested at the item get picked up they then told me that they will just replace the item they also told me that they will send the item through with the courier the very next day it is now 2 weeks later after that service was offered to me I still haven't received anything from Snatcher they still haven't come to pick up the damaged and they still haven't replaced the unit I've tried numerous times to make contact with them but they don't answer their phones when it eventually Rings to get through a customer care agent the phone just switches off now I would like to say that you guys got terrible service I would never buy from you again because I know now that if there are any refunds or if there's any defects or damages to your product I will never get my money back and I won't get the product back that I bought
