Bad Sevice

I am very disappointed with the service from Snatcher. I ordered items and paid for the them on the 31st October 2023. The status of my order has been on 'Order in progress' since then. I sent them an email a few days ago and I haven't received a response, they are also not contactable on the phone. I'm honestly starting to feel like I've been ****med.
