Bad service with Snatcher

Made an order on 6 Jan 2024 for a Magnetic Wireless power bank. Followed up on 29 Jan, was told they are awaiting supplier. 11 Feb requested another update, was told item is out of stock and they'll refund me. On 19 Feb, they confirmed to forward my bank details to their accounts department and turnaround time is 7 days. On 01 March, requested another update, was told matter has been escalated to accounts departmen to be processed timesouly. To date I have not yet received my refund.
