Bad service. Order not fulfilled after 3 weeks

I placed an order for masks and face shields on 15 May. Today is 8 June, my order has not been fulfilled yet and they ignoring all my messages. I asked them for a refund and they still ignoring me. I won't be ordering from snatcher anymore because they don't have a good customer service
