Bad Service online shopping.

Recently had a very disappointing experience with Scantcher.co.za. The service I received was incredibly poor, and I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Firstly, I ordered some items on February 1st, 2023, and was promised delivery within a few days. However, my order did not arrive until February 20th, which is an extremely long time to wait. To make matters worse, my order was missing two items, which I had paid for, and there was no indication of a refund or when the missing items would be sent.

Furthermore, I attempted to contact Scantcher.co.za several times to inquire about my order, but the phone was often unanswered. This lack of communication was extremely frustrating, and it made me feel like my concerns were not being taken seriously.

Overall, my experience with Scantcher.co.za was very negative. Their non-communication service was unacceptable, and the fact that my order was missing two items with no refund was very disappointing. I would not recommend this company to anyone, and I will be looking elsewhere for my future purchases.
