BAD SERVICE & NO FEEDBACK

I bought on snatcher on the 29th Aug, payment was done, after that I have still not received confirmation on my items and no one in the customer service gets back to you with answers. up to now I have had no feedback / refund or anything from them. This to me is really poor service and definitely a complete disappointment in them. WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!!!!!
