Bad Service No Communication

I have orderd 2 differant solar lightw that was advertised as 3000 watt with dimensions what i have received was incorrect ans smaller the other set was totaly differant and not the same as what was advertised I have reported this to Snatcher - they responded with i need to reeturn and there will be a 15 % handeling fee on the website is say FREE returns - I have writtedn 3 emails no responce then i have deliverd the light back to the Snatcher office and Andile signed for the stock - he responded on email saying sorry for the delay .... what do i want to do with the lights i asked for a refund as the lights was not as advertised - no responce as yet 2 days later - this was a order of over R1700 not a small order in my books They order process was good and delivery was communicated but after serivice is shocking My order no #173161 Cornelle du Preez
