Bad Service, Lies, Unreliable and ************* communication

I still stand by my word with no doubts and without apologising that this company deserves to close down. Their level of unreliability, untrustworthiness and poor service does not give them right to continue selling online. Clearly they are ****ming people while they are imposters of online shopping.

From last month 24th of June after I bought a bicycle on their website, I noticed a lot of bad reviews about their service, not even one customer is happy about them. I requested a refund since June and it's over a month now waiting to hear their lies because they are not committed to their promises.

On the 16th July, I received this email "On Tue, 16 Jul 2024, 10:08 am Snatcher Online, <***> wrote: Good day,

We do apologize for this delay and inconvenience caused

Kindly note that we will follow up with our accounts department regarding your refund

We are experiencing an excessive backlog with refunds in our accounts department

However we can assure you that we are working as fast as we can to resolve this issue

Yet, I am still waiting even today. I will keep rating this Snatcher thing 0 of bad and poor service. I will never in my lifetime ever buy from a store like this one. I will never recommend anyone to buy from them.

I want to let the whole world know that they are nothing, but bad company. Don't ever buy from them again.
