BAD SERVICE FROM SNATCHER!!

Snatcher advertised something for free on their website, I only had to pay delivery fees. I ordered it (bubbles) and together with that girly shoes and a broom for kids which you can get cheaper in the shops. They send me an email stating that sorry it was a mistake on their side and it should have been out of stock and not for free. I then told them to cancel my whole order as I can get the other 2 stuff for cheaper as it doesn't makse sense to pay for something incl delivery fees which you actually would not have taken if it wasn't for the bubbles. They rep**** and said they cancelled my orer, but the next day they delivered my stuff (only the shoes and broom and telling me dorry you did get your order so we cannot refund you. I told them it is exactly they way I received it, so they need to arrange for it to be picked up as they told me it was cancelled. No they are making demands after I've following up with them that it should be boex in certain way and I need to print the document (4 of it) and give it to the courier guy. I'm working from home, how must I get a printer??? This is such bad service and this after I'm literally uying from them for almost 7 to 8 years. They aren't even leanient after they made mistakes, but rather giving demands and telling me what to do, after I need to follow up with them.
