Bad Service from Snatcher

I am extremely disappointed in the service I have received from Snatcher. About 3 to 4 weeks ago I orders a Magic Tracks set and 4 x Junior Scrabble. The Magic Tracks eventually arrives and no Junior Scrabble. I email only to find out days later that they could not obtain the Junior Scrabble boxes. Will an alternative do. Alternative approved, and then query put in to add an item. I sent the POP last Friday and again this week I am following up to no avail for my outstanding order and delivery. This is not great customer service at all. No communication.
