Bad service from Snatcher
I ordered a mini electric bike for my daughter on the 26th January, after 14 days of waiting and no update from the company I decided to cancel my order, it seems they don't care weather you and happy or not with their service. I called countless times regarding my order and the lady sings the same song that they are waiting for fulfillment. I will never order anything from Snatcher ever again... disappointing service

24 Feb 2024, 11:50Just like your orders nothing ever comes through, I never received a phone call as promised. Quick to reply and fail to call, quick to take my money and fail to deliver my order. Everything about Snatcher is a big FAIL
