Bad service

What a bad experience I have ever had in a long run first my order took long to arrive second when I have to receive my order courier tells me that my goods are damaged then courier took it to Snatchers for replacement and last they did say I will get my replacement within 7 days but till today they don't respond my email or neither the courier lady's email they don't want to replace my headboard Please refund my damn money or bring that headboard ASAP I'm done with this **** of Snatchers
