Bad service ever , no communication

Extremely bad service I have ever seen, it was for the first time I buy an item from Snater online, for the whole week, no communication. You call them, they respond to say they will revert to you within 48 hours. I tried to log on with my credentials, it doesn't accept credentials, I can't trace the parcel online, it say the order number doesn't exist.
