BAD SERVICE EVER

I have ordered a product from them more than 7 days ago and "the order is still in progress" but their promise is to deliver within 7 to 10 days which will never happen they can't even give me a estimate date this is the worst company I have ever orderd from Please just refund my money I will take my business elsewhere.
