BAD SERVICE

Very bad Service !!! This is ridiculous . I placed My order 8June for a K10 Smart watch as it is for my sisters birthday 24 July. 23June i sent them an email regarding my Order and i get no Update or anything. If I didn't mail them they wouldn't have told me that the K10 is no longer available . They don't give you any kind of tracking number or keep you updated! So they told me there is an alternative and i agreed on the alternative one still the 23rd of June. Tuesday i went online and spoke to Azhar and he said as per their procurement the order should be sent that same day. Its the 7th of July now and I was on their website and spoke to the same guy Azhar again and here is his response "I have requested procurement to respond to your email as soon as they have feedback". This is really bad service and would not recommend anyone to buy from them at all!
