BAD SERVICE!!! DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM

I ordered a tricycle and I received a "wanna be". I followed their procedure on returning the item even today nothing has been said from them. I send emails everyday but no response, nothing. At this stage, I want my refund. I wish I'd seen these reviews before placing an order. I thought highly of Snatcher but clearly, I was wrong
