Bad service

Snatcher is by far the worst in Service delivery, my product was damaged and they collected it in Jan already. Instead of sending another one, they promise a refund which i still have not received since January. Each time i follow up i get the same robot message saying my query has been escalated.

I am a loyal customer, but after this i am not sure if i will continue supporting them.
