BAD service Delivery.

So I have ordered, and PAID for some items from Snatcher Online on the 11th of Jan. On Tuesday 14th of Jan they advised me that one of the items which I paid for is out of stock. My thing is how can the item be in stock on the 11th and on the 14th no longer after which I paid for everything. Customer service couldn't give me a direct answer, just the supplier does not have stock anymore, sorry. So after all I had to just be happy and move on as they were not even up for trying to help me get this item. So I am still waiting for the rest of my order placed on the 11th, I have sent 3 mails asking when I will receive the rest, no answer. I would definitely not recommend using them. Service delivery is not up to standard at all.
