Bad service

Very bad service. I waited 20 days for my package to be delivered. When I received it there was a product missing that I ordered. After contacting them they refuse to send me the product, offering me a voucher wich I refused cause I want what I ordered and pay for. Battle between snatcher and I is till going on. I’m reporting them to the ombudsman soon and laying a complaint to the consumer commission. When I ordered the product it was in stock, I payed for it and suddenly they don’t have stock.
