Bad service

Snatcher is really not suitable for business at all their customer service is extremely poor since last month I have been getting wrong items and till today almost 2 months later there is still nothing resolved. They promised me to deliver a new set of cutlery once they received new stock, now the are dead quite and I see online they are having stock on cutlery and they are even advertising it but nothing is said to me.
