Bad service bad bad

I ordered a few stuff, nothing has been as per tge add, the foot messager weren't as displayed on the add, my usb hub were dirty as if someone used it before, and not just that, you wait forever for the delivery... This is bad bad... I asked for a refund and they had alot of stories... I will make sure everyone will know about their bad service.
