Bad service and the company is selling damaged goods.

On the 26 May I bought a glass gas hob on snatcher at snatcher. On the 06 May, order was delivered. On the 08 May I opened the package. It seemed like the item was badly packed which caused it to damaged. It had some dents and the legs of the stove were bend. I reported this and they offer to exchange. The second it was worse. I received it on the 12 June. The glass was not properly attached to the stove. This time, Snatcher offered to refund me. However, after several emails that I have been sending, they are no responding to my emails. Till todate, the 21 August 2023,I have not received my money. Stay away from this company, their service is horrible. Worse part, you can't even contact them telephonically.
