Bad service and substandard products

If I could give a lower score I would. Order 4 items. First 2 items received relatively quickly but one of the security camera was defective, but now I have to incur the costs of sending it back and if they dont want to replace, I have tonpay again to get it back to me. Just threw it in the dustbin as not worth the hassle. My other 2 items I waited 19 working days and then received message it is out for delivery. That was 5 working days ago. Delivery has been cancelled 3 times. Never will I every buy from Snatcher. Substandard products for which they dont want to take any responsibility and customer service non existent. Stay away!
