bad service and poor quality - I want my money back

Hi there

I bought a smart watch and the first day I charged it full then less than an hour battery flat again. now it is not charging and not switching on. Kindly advise what to do. The same smart watch THAT was replaced but still does the same only worked 2 days then after not charging. also tried to wear the angel goddess invisible bra and guess what it didn't stick and the gel from it came off dissapointed. I just want my money back because these items are not worth it. NO RESPONSE SINCE 31 March 2021. People beware their ********
