Bad Service and not being loyal to customers

I have place an order of 1 314.00 in 12 March 2024 and I was promised to get the delivery after 10 days, ten days went by without any communication about the delay. On the 13th day I decided to called cancelling the order because it was not going to serve any purpose for me, they promised to refund me. But since then I've been waiting for my money and it's 2 months now I've been calling the every week when I remember but they keep on promising the money will be refunded that same day but still nothing.
