Bad service and lying customer service

Bad service and lying customer care consultants... i bought items from the 13th till today no delivery no tracking number nothing and today after so many promises that the package is ready for dispatch, today i call in and they say my package was not dispatched because they are waiting for 1 item and i should wait until Friday…. there is no update or tracking number from these people....
