Bad service and even worse delivery!

The service I received from this place is appalling. Firstly they take weeks to actually 'dispatch' your item from date of purchase when the delivery period is ALREADY 7-10 working days. Then when you attempt to speak to someone, they can't even provide you with a date as to when it will actually be shipped. Giving the same recurring answers and not actually helping at all. Pathetic
