Bad service and empty promises
On the 5th of June 2023 I have requested for a refund at Snatcher for a faulty Item and they have only responded to my e mail on the 12th of June that I will get it within 4-7 days but to this date I haven't received anything. I have send them numerous emails but they are not responding. Please assist as I need my money R189.00
