bad service and delayed delivery time

for the last 10 days I receive a story that my phone number isn't correct, and they cannot contact me, then when I asked when I will receive my order, they say it is despatch for the last 10 days, the y say the normal delivery time on any orders is 10 working days, I am waiting already from the 25th of October, one cannot contact them because they don't take calls anymore
