Bad service and bad quality products

Worst experience with my purchase at Snatcher Online,ordered 2 items one was delivered but it was in the most disgusting condition from my view it looked like it had been used and returned then sent to me. Second item has not been delivered since I ordered on the 20th February they can't seem to track where the item is and cannot commit to a refund for both items I'm absolutely disappointed and disgusted with the lack of accountability with them and how they take customer service forgranted
