Bad service all round

This company is disappointing. I bought a projector online only to receive something that looks like a toy but one has paid R 800 plus for it. I asked for a refund two almost a week ago it is still not collected and they are charging 15% of the amount you bought for. I don't think ill ever buy form again this is the third order that io had to wait for almost three weeks before you get your product.
