Bad Service

I ordered clothing rails from SNATCHER on 19/07/2024 because they advertised having them in stock. However, it turns out they actually don't have the items. To make matters worse, you can't call them, and they are not responding to emails.

I've ordered items from China, and they were delivered to me in 7 days. SNATCHER should not advertise products if they don't have them in their inventory. They should reconsider their presence on the e-commerce platform if they can't provide accurate information and reliable customer service.
