Bad service!!!!!

I ordered a baby bath from snatcher on 18/04/24 and they sent me a wrong colour without discussing that with me. I sent an email and requested that they come and collect it and the whole process about returning the item and requesting for a refund took a whole month. Once that was sorted I had to follow up on my refund for the whole of May and all they did was saying there was an issue and it will be sorted, until this day I still haven't received my refund from snatcher the last time they said the money will reflect into my account within 24 to 72 hours and that was on the 20th of June and I still haven't received my money yet and they are not responding to emails anymore. This is the worst service I have ever experienced from any company!!!!
