Bad service

Order placed on the 2/4/2023 , promised delivery 5~10 day.Absolutely no communication regarding delivery , arrived after 15days and not complete order NOR DID THEY HAVE THE DECENCY TO ADVISE OF THE SOLD OUT ITEMS.Only when I emailed to query was told of SOLD OUT. All communications are rep**** only after 48 hours!!!!! Cannot contact them via telephone . Worse service ever !,,
