bad service

Has anyone had the same experience with snatcher? I placed an order for a router on the 08th of March2024 and they did not communicate. Eventually I decided to cancel it. Its been more than a month waiting for my refund, they keep asking for banking details which I sent 3 times already. the worst thing is their supervisor cant even answer the phone to explain what is going on. I called them even today and I couldn't speak to them just the agent.

they know how to take our money but when they have to return it or communicate, they don't have time.
