Bad service

I have ordered from Snatcher 3 times, only the first time was fine. The other two times I had to ask by e-mail what was happening with my order after 3 weeks only to hear that one or more of the items I ordered cannot be found or is out of stock. My questions is: why is the "out if stock" items still available on your website when in fact it is not and why can't you keep customers updated without them having to ask you!!! I want my refund and I am never buying from them again!!
