Bad service

I have ordered and paid for the clothing dryer in June from snatcher online till today I have not received my order, I ve been sending emails to enquire but to no avail it has been two months, the last email I have received from Thandi Hlatshwayo after I have sent numerous emails last week I was told that the truck was hijacked I will receive my order on Monday the 26th which is today I waited, no phone call no email, an iam unable to track that order, all I want is my refund I don't need that clothing dryer anymore, iam ****ed off and I will never buy from snatcher ever again or even refer anyone to them
