Bad service

I bought a phone. From this shop online they delivered to me a used phone that has a crack on the screen and also has WhatsApp which means it was used before. They asked me to send proof of all my complains of which I did. So I asked for my refund they said they will refund me within 7 days it's over a month and 2 weeks no one is saying anything to me. All this this happened in may last week of May to this day am still waiting.

Snatcher takes advantage of it's customers because they don't have direct number where you can reach them. The only means of communicating with them is via emails of which they ignore your emails.
