Bad Service

Service is poor. I Ordered 3 items, but only 2 items delivered after a long delay. Got a message afterwards to say my ordered was complete. I had to followup on the other item. They did not know which item was not delivered. Afterwards I formed me that the item is no longer available. Got a refund, but to order again I need to pay delivery fees again. So I am sitting with the refund, but I don't feel like doing another order with them I am however satisfied with the other 2 items that were delivered.
