Bad service

I ordered 15 of January n they said my order wl arrive in 2 weeks time,come 2 weeks time nothing,they said they ran out of stock,the product wl come from China,now im getting messages that buffallo cant allocate my address when I check my address they gave buffalo wrong address,for my parcel to be courier i need to pay R92 from my account
