Bad service

I haven't received my refund from Snatcher. The refund is order no 276821 it's been a month and few weeks now and when Nqobile responded that they have paid it to Payflex she was talking about the refund on order 252212 . I thinks she knows , she is just making a fool out of me. Nqobile , I need a refund of R189.00 on order 276821 for the vehicle cover that I have requested you to come and fetch more than a moth ago.
