Bad service

Got an email that my order will be delivered in 48hrs, a week later I'm still waiting for the order and there's no communication from the company or their courier. Not forgetting than the order before this one didn't have all the items I had paid for, then they say it shows that the item was packed with the rest of the order on their side. Very very bad service will never order from snatcher ever again
